Don't Judge Too Quickly:We do not accept returns or process refund claims for "lack of results" on partially used items or mid-way through a regimen. The full course must be completed, and the minimum 60-day period must pass, before evaluating the final results.

Return the "Empty Boxes":Once the minimum 60-day regimen is complete, if you remain unsatisfied, you must physically return all empty packaging containers (bottles, tubes, or all 6 flattened boxes for RCV PRO) to us. We must verify the completed, empty packaging before any refund is issued.
