Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Shipping Fee:
- SGD $5 for orders below SGD $50
- FREE SHIPPING for orders SGD $50 and above
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Brunei, Canada, Dubai, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom (UK).

Shipping Fee:
- SGD $10 for orders below SGD $100
- FREE SHIPPING for orders SGD $100 and above
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Countries Not Served

At the moment, due to ongoing tariff uncertainties, we are temporarily unable to ship to the United States (US). We hope to resume US shipping in the future once the situation stabilizes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

Duties & Taxes: For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs checks, courier delays, or peak seasons).
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Nourri Wellness Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
