3. Accelerated Dosage Protocol: We recognize some customers may opt for an accelerated dosage (e.g., 3–4 sachets per day) and finish their 6 boxes in under 60 days. Even in these cases, you must allow your skin barrier the full 60–90 day biological cycle to regenerate and show visible results. Therefore, regardless of how quickly the product is consumed, no claims may be lodged before the 60-day mark.
4. Don't Judge Too Quickly:We do not accept returns or process refund claims for "lack of results" on partially used items or mid-way through a regimen. The full course must be completed, and the minimum 60-day period must pass, before evaluating the final results.
5. Return the "Empty Boxes":Once the minimum 60-day regimen is complete, if you remain unsatisfied, you must physically return all empty packaging containers (bottles, tubes, or all 6 flattened boxes for RCV PRO) to us. We must verify the completed, empty packaging before any refund is issued.

• Cash Refund: Funds returned to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days).

Fair Use Guidelines

To ensure we can maintain this generous policy for everyone, the following limits apply:

• One-Time Per Product: The guarantee applies once per specific product type per customer (e.g., if you claim it for RCV PRO once, future RCV PRO orders are not eligible).
• Lifetime Cap: There is a lifetime claim limit of SGD$300 per customer, designed to cover a standard 3-month supply plus shipping.
• Return Shipping: To keep our guarantee sustainable, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning empty containers. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

4. Ship Empties: Pack the empty containers securely and ship them back. For RCV PRO claims, please ensure all 6 empty boxes are included (boxes may be flattened to reduce shipping size).
5. Get Refunded: Once received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
